5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx at $12.95, delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment

5.2 Delivery Areas

We ship globally, excluding Asia and select remote areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

5.3 International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country’s government. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and cannot be refunded if you return items.

For your safety on the mountain, we cannot accept returns on the following items once opened or used:

  • Avalanche Safety Equipment (any opened or used items)
  • Helmets & Protection Gear
  • Opened Snowboard Goggles
  • Used Splitboard Equipment
  • Any items showing signs of wear or use

These restrictions ensure all safety equipment maintains its integrity and performance standards for your protection.

6.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with “Return/Exchange Request” in the subject line
  2. Wait for authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Package items securely in original packaging with all tags and accessories

6.4 Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.

  • Credit Card/PayPal: Refund processed within 5-10 business days after return processing
  • Bank Transfer: Refund processed within 7-14 business days after return processing

Refunds include the full cost of returned items and original shipping fees (if returning entire order). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
